Don't Fall For Diet Pill Scams

1) Diet Pill Scam
- I've written about this one before - but I haver to do it again because its getting worse. Last night I went into my spam block folder to check for anything important that may have ended up there, before I deleted everything.
I was shocked to see how many spam emails I had regarding 'Hoodia' fatt burnning di.et ofers. It was ridiculous. The marketers of these products are taking advantage of a largely misleadings series of news stories that aired on majow networks in the last few years. (The all make mention of these stories from a very slanted perspective.)
The truth is these actual products are nothing more than legal stimulants that heave been around for years, mixed with some other 'magical' herbs & such.
Bottom line - this is just another 'product fad' aimed at the lazy consumer who hopes for the magic pill that will be found and get them inot shape overnight.
These spammers keep going because a certain percentage of people buy this stuff - and there will always be people that fall for this.
I'm hoping that as a reader of 'Secrets of a Trainer', you look at the world around you a little differently and think about yourself a little bit differently. You are capable of more than you might know, with just a little bit of proper guidance - not some modern day snake oil gimmick.
Summers coming - are you where you want to be? If not, whats stopping you and how can you think, so those old thoughts do not stop you anymore?
If you are waiting for the perfect time to start workout out - well, get started - now is the perfect time - put that excuse to rest!!
2) Abs of Stone - Core of Steel DVDs Update
Things are moving along with this awesome workout program - we had a great time filming them - and boy, did I get worked out! The masters are heading out to the production company for fine tuning and packaging - We are on schedule for the MAy 15th ship out date. Those of you who purchased the PreRelease Kit are in for some truly great fitness material.
