But be warned if you unsubscribe - you won't be able to say 'Hey, I knew that guy when he used to send me his email fitness newsletter.' - when I become a worldwide fitness guru/celebrity (its already happening) - bigger than Jake, Tony Little, Gilad, Denise Austin, etc. - this is not a hokey pokey dream - this is a well tought out plan and true desire of mine...

Don't let the subject line fool you. When most people talk of 'ultimate fitness' - they are referring to the superficial/cosmetic/physical element of fitness, paying no heed to the 'mental/metaphysical' aspect of true fitness.
As most of you know, the Joey Atlas fitness philososphy is built on the foundation of the unseen elements of fitness - what goes on in the mind to bring about undeniable and permanent results.
As I continue to write the rest of 'The Blow-Torch Diet' book - alot of these little known concepts and ideas I speak about in these emails, are getting 'fleshed out' - so those of you who 'get it' - the intangible side of health and fitness success - will really love what will be in 'The Book' when it is released.
But for now - we have some issues to address regarding recent emails from 'Before and After Project' participants (those of you who are working toward making health & fitness progress, worthy of getting yourself a feature spot in 'The Book' and possibly getting on the cover)
Many emails from you are talking about amazing changes (mental and physical) taking place - to those of you who fall into this category - just keep it up and keep it going - you are doing perfectly.
For those of you who have 'fallen of the band wagon' or have given up for one reason or another - I say this. Stop and think, reflect. What were the events & thoughts that followed that 'made you want to give up'? ( I know several of you had health issues etc. - come up, that needed to be addressed, no problem there...)
What did you 'say to yourself' that made it so easy to not want to continue?
Some people emailed me about - 'life situations adding too much stress' or parties and vacations 'setting me up for failure' - or - 'I have no willpower' - etc, etc.
And what happens is this - exercise stops and poor nutrition habits increase. And you move away from health and fitness success - not toward it.
And guess what - YOUR LIFE GETS WORSE !
You must pre-rehearse your thoughts and actions during times 'when life gets tough' - I can speak of this because I've been, there several times (I will make these experiences public in 'The Blow-Torch Diet' book'. - You must know that throwing in the towel on your own health and well-being will only make any situation you are going through much worse. (of course there are a few exceptions).
If you let yourself go - and lost control of your thoughts and the power that comes from that - why not get started right now - reclaim your mind and the thoughts you produce - and get back on your program.
If you were doing well before you got sidetracked, even if it was just for a few days or weeks - build on that and keep it going this time.
Don't get discouraged easily and don't expect unrealistic results in 1 or 2 days - this is a lifestyle not a fad.
