    Hi Joey, i was looking at Leg Butt Hip & Thigh Workouts and Exercises, Summer Issue on some butt and thigh website (DVD's etc) and was wondering if these DVD's are compatible for Europe as we (and Japan) need "Region 2" DVD's for them to work in the DVD player. Couldn't find another way to contact you so....

    Joey,
    Just received your Leg Butt Hip and Thigh video. I felt it the next day! About how many times a week should I use it? I do aerobics everyday by the way. I just can't seem to improve my rear. After reading your articles I felt you really know your stuff. So, I bought your video.
    I just want to be able to work out the correct times, to get great results.
