Okay, I know you missed last week’s issue of ‘Secrets of a Trainer’ – but I’ve been VERY BUSY – but I’m gonna make it up to you today…
As most of you already know, a week from this Monday is the actual release date for the ‘Abs of Stone – Core of Steel’ DVDs, the program is amazing & whoever reserved theirs is going to be glad they did.
If you noticed the subject line/title of todays issue, ‘what do you want?’ you are probably wondering, “What does Joey mean?”
Here is what I mean:
How fit do you want to be? How energetic do you want to feel? What do you want to see when you look in the mirror? What size waist do you want? How much would you like to weigh? What body fat % would you like to achieve. I can ask an endless list of these types of questions here.
And with tens of thousands of people reading this, some questions will apply to certain people and others to others.
But here is the point:
There are people make amazing strides in their lives EVERY DAY. (Some readers of this newsletter are doing it – thanks for your emails by the way!!) I’m talking about people who have ‘tried and tried’ without success – and all of the sudden something clicks and progress is being made.
Keep in mind, I’m not just talking about fitness related success – This happens in all aspects of lives. But this is a ‘fitness’ newsletter – although with a different ‘slant’ to it than most mainstream (boring) fitness newsletters.
Sometimes it’s a ‘trigger’ that starts a person in the right direction. One of the most popular triggers is the experience by which a person witnesses someone else do something that the witnessing person wishes they could also do. By witnessing someone accomplish something, the possibility that they can also do it becomes a reality – a reality that they can envision in their own mind – their mind’s eye.
Very powerful! Part of learning is the acquisition of confidence that enables one to be successful at a specific task or feat.
Remember the saying, “Seeing is believing.”?
See something being done, believe you can do it too – then see it in your minds eye – and you are clearing huge obstacles, for you to move toward success.
I have a pretty good idea of most ‘Secrets’ readers are interested in. And I’m working on a ‘trigger’ that will get a lot of today’s readers started on their own journey toward fitness success- or for those who have started but have hit a plateau – this may be what you need to start making progress again.
I’m currently writing two books, one is a compilation of the principles and lessons I’ve learned in the journey from a ‘fat kid’ To a ‘FitMan’ - principle that will help millions of people find their own success with health and fitness.
The other book is going to be an expanded version of ‘The Blow-Torch Diet Handbook’ that comes with the Abs/Core DVD package. This expanded full length book is going to be a best seller on Amazon, (I can see this in my minds eye).
And here is the ‘trigger’ I am presenting all Joey Atlas customers and ‘Secrets’ readers with today. The full length book will include a great number of ‘before and after’ success stories. Photos and stories!!
I WANT YOU IN MY BOOK!!
These before and after features will be put together from your submissions. You will have a chance to be in a book that is going to be a bestseller.
The only thing you will need to do is get a copy of the Blow-Torch Diet Handbook – if you didn’t get it in the Abs/Core PreRelease Package, and follow the method of eating while tracking your progress.
You record your starting info- such as weight, clothing sizes, etc (more on this later) how you feel about your self and your health – nothing major – just marking your starting point.
Then you follow the Blow-Torch Fat-Loss Diet and whatever exercise program you prefer – it can be mine or anything you choose.
After about 3 months or so, we will be ready to start taking submissions that will go into the full length book – AND here is the big payoff…
Someone will be chosen to be featured on the front cover of the book!! That’s right, we will be putting one of the submitted success stories on the covers of a future bestselling book. THIS COULD BE YOU!!
Now you might be wondering – “how does Joey know he will produce a bestseller?”
Its part of envisioning your path, your goals, where you want to be, what you want to happen – you can’t go somewhere unless you first see it in your mind!!
I’m not going to create a bestseller by myself – You are going to help by becoming successful with something you may have been challenged with for a while.
Here is the big benefit – I’m providing you with a ‘trigger’ that may fuel your motivation to finally become what you’ve been trying to become – AND when your success story makes it into my book – it will be there for millions of people who are looking for their own trigger – their own inspiring event that puts them into motion – aimed for their own success path.

This is not about fitness models or anything like that – this is about real people making big changes that inspire others around the world to do the same. The worse shape you are in the easier it should be for you to make incredible changes – see, you have to look for the positives here and build on that.
