Positive Side Effects of the Blow-Torch 'Diet'

----------------------------------------------------------------

I just wanted to share with you a 'positive side effect' that I have noticed as a result of going on the Blow-Torch 'Diet' & to ask if anyone else has noticed anything similar?

Ok here it is!

For some years now I have suffered from migraine headaches. They would last for 3 days at a time typically, the 1st day & often 2nd also I would be confined to bed. Nothing worked to even barely relieve the pain.

They would occur occasionally at first but more recently they came every month, sometimes more often, they were seriously affecting my quality of life.

Over the past 3-4 years I had tried everything I could think of. Eating & drinking different things, avoiding situations that I thought might be triggering them, I even marked them down on a calendar, desperately looking for patterns, thinking that it was hormonal changes but to no avail.

Earlier this year I got into Joey's stuff. Initially I did the exercises, later I got onto the diet.

NOW THE MIGRAINES HAVE JUST DISAPPEARED! it's amazing!!!

I'm pretty convinced that it is the diet as opposed to the exercises as I recently had a bug & had to eat plain starches to settle it down. This consisted of mostly toast & stuff & boy!!! Did I get that migraine back double quick for the first time in months!!!

Anyway i'm back on the Diet now & definitely not planning to go back to eating what I used to as it appears that's what was making me ill. I'm pretty certain that it was specifically bread that was the problem, I know a lot of people with wheat intolerances, had no idea that I was one of them.

Thanks for Listening

Butt Building Exercises for a Rounder, Bigger Butt

Butt Building Exercises for a Rounder, Bigger Butt

While many women seek to reduce the size of their butt. There is a strong segment of the female population that would love to increase the size and roundness of their butt.

I've come across very few articles on this subject and of the ones I have seen - 98% of them were not helpful at all.

Being that I get so many questions about this 'small and flat butt' problem for women - I figured I would clarify the issue a bit.

First - the butt can be made larger and rounder. However, it can only be done if the exercises are correct and caloric intake is adequate enough for the body to 'build more flesh in the desired areas'.

Take a look at this photo of the butt and thigh area:

**Photo currently unavailable - new one to be added soon.**

While the photo may seem a little confusing - it's really not. See, what you are looking at is all of the muscles that lay beneath the skin, fat and superficial muscles of the butt and thigh area.

As you look at the photo and realize how many different muscles are in your thigh and butt area (keeping in mind that some of them have been moved aside in this photo so you can see the deeper layers) - it should make sense to you that only an exercise program that makes use of these muscles (all of them) to stimulate a 'training response' is the type of program that will increase butt size and roundness.

The great news here - is that you do not need a gym membership (if you have one, that's cool) and you do not have to kill yourself with high intensity, 'weights and machines' type workouts.

The 2 most important elements for you will be a complete exercise series that targets all the muscles you see in the photo above - AND - a simple, yet consistent intake of healthy calories (avocado, various nuts, olive oil - just to name a few foods) that will provide your body with the building blocks it needs to 'build more of itself' - in this case, building more butt size and roundness.
